1. By joining our program you automatically agree these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Members that do not agree these terms should stop using our service and terminate their account immediately.
2. We are not responsible for any losses and/or damages of any kind arising out of the relationship between you and our program.
3. You are allowed one account per IP address or household.
4. It has to be stressed that using third party software to automatically log in to your account in any kind is strictly prohibited. If you are caught using this kind of software, your account will be terminated without notice.
5. We have the right to terminate your account in cases like, but not limited to, spamming, cheating or misuse of the system.
6. All purchased items are non-refundable. Charge back or reverse transactions made on your purchases will lead to immediate account termination.
7. If you have received a payout, you are required to post a payment proof (screenshot) in the forum in order to receive your next payout.
8. You need to log in and click advertisements at least once every 30 days to keep your account active. Inactive accounts will be irreversible deleted.
9. We do not take any responsibility for investments that you make.
10. We have the right to change these terms of service at any time without prior consent or notice.
11. You are required to request payouts through the payment gateway you have invested most with.
12. Your upline can be changed only if this account is suspended.
13. We accept any kind of advertisement except for pages that break out of frames, have malicious code, have adult or illegal content, contain racism, etc. Advertisements purchased that contain these things will be removed and will not receive refund.
14. You must be active at least one day before you receive referral clicks the next day. For instance, if you join today and gain referals today, you will not earn referral clicks until tomorrow (assuming you are active today).
15. Each attempt, in any way, to hack the system will result in immediate IP blacklisting. There will be no warning nor discussion regarding the matter. Cheating is 100% not tolerated.
16. We are not responsible for payments requested using wrong emails. Make sure to enter the correct payment information at the time you request payment.
17. We have the right to suspend your account at any time for any valid reason including misuse of the system, violation to the terms of service, cheating, fraudulent activity.
